V Chandrasekaran is a graduate with a management degree from Loyola Institute of Business Management and a Master in Commerce (Honours) from the University of Madras.

He has 30+ years of experience in the banking industry, with multidimensional career spanning in corporate banking, rural banking and operations. He carries vast & strong knowledge of financial markets with expertise in Cost Accountancy & Brand Management. He was associated with one of the India’s leading food chains. His vision is the driving force behind the success of Jubiliant.

S Ganesh Babu is a B.E graduate in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Labour Law - both from Annamalai University, and Master of Business Administration from University of Madras.

He is an expert in Banking and Finance Services domain. With handful of Industrial experience spanning 20+ years, across multiple domains vis-à-vis construction, banking, finance and finally with Insurance he takes care of Jubiliant’s operations and is also responsible for its strategic cost efficiency. The team relies on his professional expertise for the back-end modus operandi.

He is a graduate in Bachelor of Commerce. He has an extraordinary and multifaceted career spanning 20+ years in B2B & B2C sales, Business Development, Channel Management & New Market development and experience in Insurance & Portfolio Management.

A known personality in the industry, he has held senior positions with Bajaj Allianz and Chola MS. Under his leadership, the company has exponentially developed with industry-first initiatives. He is the driver of Jubiliant's innovative and customer-centric approach.

Rutwik heads the Corporate Sales and Consulting at Jubiliant. He is a Commerce graduate from RKM Vivekananda College and holds an MBA in Marketing with distinction.

His rich insurance industry career span of 10+ years began with Royal Sundaram General Insurance as Claims co-ordinator & Processor. His next stint was at an Insurance Broking firm in Customer Service, Sales and Consulting. His specialities are Risk Assessment and Customized Insurance Consulting. His experience at both insurer and consultant ends of the spectrum makes him an ideal advisory to corporate clients. His wealth of professional knowledge ensures thorough and exhaustive risk-assessment for Jubiliant’s clients. This results in timely and accurate solutions with consideration of all factors at the corporate as well at the end-consumer levels. This has in turn contributed to the immense growth of Jubiliant’s corporate segment with a highly-satisfied client and customer base.

Vaidhyanathan heads the Service Vertical for the Corporate Segment at Jubiliant. He holds a Masters in Biotechnology from Sri Ramachandra University, Chennai.

He brings with him 12+ years of experience in Insurance and Healthcare industries. He started his career as a Research Analyst with a biotechnology firm. After a short stint there, he shifted to the Insurance industry and joined Medi Assist as Claims Investigator. His next assignment was at HDFC Ergo General Insurance as Claims Auditor. He was also associated with an Insurance Broking firm with hands-on experience in Customer Service. His courteous, cool and calm demeanour ensures comfort and reassurance in his clients. 'Claims Management' is his forte. His constant diligence, sincerity and approachability have enabled Jubiliant to successfully attain the highest professional standards w.r.t servicing.

Prabhu is an Industry veteran with 17+ years of professional experience in the domains of Sales, Marketing, Customer Engagement and People Management expertise. He carries a rich experience in his association with brands like ITC, Bose etc.

He joined Jubiliant in 2017 as State Head for AP & Telangana. He currently holds a key role in the Leadership team and manages operations for regions outside Tamil Nadu.

Based out of Hyderabad, Prabhu also manages the compliance portfolio to oversee all regulatory matters and coordinates with IRDAI for the same.
